• Great for snuggling at bed-time and can be used to soothe away aches, pains, and stomach cramps, making them ideal for anyone of any age.
• Use as a cold pack too! Perfect for those hot summer nights or for cooling the skin.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• Heat in the microwave for up to two minutes (800 watts).
• Place inside a plastic bag and chill in the freezer for 2-3 hours to use as a cold pack. Dab your favourite CPTG® essential oil on dabbing pouch and re-apply as needed.

CAUTIONS:

Designed to be heated in a microwave only. Never immerse in water. Clean with a damp sponge when necessary.
