Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority at Clio natural life.
If you have changed your mind about any items that you have purchased, you will need to return it back in a resalable condition, unused and in its original packaging.
If you have received a product that was faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, providing photographs where possible.
In the rare instance, you have had an allergy to a particular product, please discontinue use of the product immediately and provide detailed descriptions (providing photographs where possible) of the allergic reaction. Refunds on products provided due to allergic reactions must be less than 20% consumed upon its return to us.
Refunds (product faults and allergy) will include the initial shipping costs in compliance with Australian Government legislation (www.accc.gov.au).
Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but will remain valid for 3-years from the date of purchase in compliance with New South Wales Government legislation (www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au).

- Your Name and Shipping Address
- The Description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like to receive a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the Name and Item Number of the replacement item.
