How to use:
1. Step in the shower and change the temperature to your preference
2. Pour a quarter-sized drop of shower gel onto your palms and use both hands to work it into a lather
3. Gently massage and clean the body
4. Rinse
5. Finish with a splash of cold water--start at your feet and move up to the top of your body.
