ADVICE

Apply twice a week to damp skin with circular movements, then rinse off. Avoid the eye area.

1. Use a gentle circular motion with your fingers, starting from the chin and working towards the jaw- bone.
2. Continue working over the nose area, concentrating on this zone if needed, and then working outwards.
3. Slide fingers towards the forehead from the center and working outward towards the temple.
4. Add some water while continuing the massage. Rinse.
